1. This website
proofbox.kubeharbor.space is a static website consisting of plain HTML, one stylesheet, two self-hosted font files and a few images. It contains no scripts that set or read cookies, no analytics service, no advertising, no embedded videos or social-media widgets, and it does not load anything from other domains. Because no cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is shown.
2. Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered by a hosting or content-delivery provider. Like any web server, that provider may record standard access logs (your IP address, the page requested, date and time, browser type and referring page) for a short period in order to serve the pages, detect abuse and keep the service secure. If the provider's platform uses a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes (for example to tell apart automated traffic), that cookie is technical, not used for tracking by us, and does not require consent under EU law. We do not receive, combine or analyse such logs to identify visitors. The provider's own privacy policy applies to its processing.
3. The app
The Proofbox Android app does not use cookies and does not contain any web view, browser component or embedded web content, so there is nothing that could set a cookie. The app has no Internet permission and does not communicate with any server. It does not use the Android advertising ID or any other identifier for tracking.
4. Local storage inside the app
Like any app that remembers what you entered, Proofbox keeps its data in local storage on your device: a database of your purchases, the receipt photo files, a small reminder log and a preferences file for your settings. This is app storage inside the Android app sandbox, not a cookie: it is not shared with websites or other apps, it is not read by us, and it is deleted when you use Settings → Your data → Delete all data or uninstall the app. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes
If we ever introduce cookies or similar technologies on this website, we will update this notice first, change the effective date above and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary.
